Leanne loves yoga and is happy to share her practice with others. She enjoys yoga classes that bring mindful-awareness to the body and encourage people to feel centered, grounded and grateful. Leanne opened Nava over 5 years ago with the intention to bring people together to support one another in living healthy and harmonious lives.
She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Amana Institute, with an inter-disciplinary Hatha-Vinyasa approach. She has also pursued additional yoga studies with Chuck Miller and workshops at Therapeutic Approach. She recently completed a Bachelor of Education in Outdoor and Experiential Education at Queen’s University and is currently working on projects that help kids reconnect with the earth through hands-on, student-led inquiry.
