About Leanne Laracey

Leanne enjoys yoga classes that bring mindful-awareness to the body and encourage people to feel grounded and grateful. Leanne opened Nava in 2012 with the intention to bring people together to support one another in living healthy and harmonious lives.

She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Amana Institute, with an inter-disciplinary Hatha-Vinyasa approach. She has also pursued additional yoga studies with Chuck Miller and workshops at Therapeutic Approach. She recently completed a Bachelor of Education in Outdoor and Experiential Education at Queen’s University and is currently working on opening a forest school for kids in the Sackville area. Leanne is also available for private yoga classes. Classes are usually an hour and 15 minutes, to an hour and 30 minutes long, and are tailored to meet your specific needs. Please contact navayogainfo(at)gmail (dot)com for more information!
