In this class seniors will use gentle yoga postures and breathing techniques to cultivate awareness, balance and well-being. Students are encouraged to use their bodies consciously; listening to their own bodies and respecting their own limits. In this class we will practice poses that promote greater flexibility, strength, circulation, joint health and range of motion. Students will leave feeling calm and relaxed. Regular practice has even been proven to help lower blood pressure and help one to get a good night’s sleep.
Students are welcome to drop-in to this class.
