We believe that intention has great power in our lives. Our intention is to share our practice humbly, in a way that is safe, supportive and accessible, while continuing to learn and grow.
We believe in the importance of being attentive to the present moment: of listening to our bodies, observing our breath, our postures, our emotions, and our relations with self and others. Through attentive observation we are reminded that we have the ability to see more clearly and deeply.
We believe in the interconnectedness of the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. We also believe that we are connected to one another as a community and to the Earth, of which we are each a part. Let’s strive for harmony within ourselves, in our relationships with others, and with our home.
