Gentle Yoga w/Stephanie Allen
This class offers fundamental yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama), in a comfortable, stress-free environment. Classes focus on alignment, gentle stretching and improving joint range and health. This class is wonderful for anyone looking to find peacefulness in their day. Gentle yoga is especially ideal for beginners, people recovering from injury, or in their silver years. In this class students will work at their own pace and be encouraged to explore and discover yoga.
